The Totten Glacier catchment (East Antarctica; outlined in blue) is a collection basin for ice and snow that flows through the glacier. It’s estimated to contain enough material to raise sea levels by at least 11 feet.

The sea level along the Dutch coast steadily rose by about 23 cm during the last 120 years, a change of 1.9 mm per year. This is roughly in line with the sea-level rise worldwide; about 21 cm over the same period.
