how Federal Reserve fits into USA picture

Federal Reserve, created on 12-23-1913–when Pres. Wilson signed the act; birthchart of Fed shown:

fed.jpgThe Fed’s horoscope is dominated by three major axes or groupings:

1) Mars and Neptune rising opposite Jupiter.

2) The Sun opposite Pluto, both squaring the zero Aries Midheaven.

3) The Moon in mutual reception with Pluto, the former ruling the Ascendant and the latter the fifth house.

The first grouping is descriptive of the Fed’s tendency to inflate the currency. How could any entity with a hard Mars-Jupiter-Neptune aspect be expected to exercise restraint and maintain a stable currency? An insider tells me that these planets do describe the idealistic zeal or misguided ideas with which most Fed employees go about their jobs (note Neptune ruling the ninth house and Mars the tenth).

The Sun-Pluto-Midheaven T-square describes the Fed’s propensity to accumulate power in a subtle fashion without the knowledge of most citizens (Pluto in the twelfth). As we shall see in the next section, the Sun’s rulership of the second house is the Fed’s ability to control the dollar value of all the country’s assets, which, in fact, is accomplished by a fifth house method (Pluto’s rulership).

The Moon-Pluto-fifth house relationship describes the Fed’s open market operations, the principal process by which the currency’s value is controlled. Of course, the Moon in a mundane chart such as this rules the people, and the Fed has an enormous impact upon all of us. Pluto’s presence is especially noteworthy here because this is the Fed’s most powerful, yet covert and least understood tool.       http://www.billmeridian.com/articles-files/fed-new.htm

Federal Reserve natal Sun by solar progression in 103 years (at rate of 1 degree/yr) travels to  14.5 degrees Aries.  Its natal Moon progresses in 103 years (at rate of 13.18 degrees/yr) to 24 degrees Leo (because 1359 degrees – 1080 degrees = 279 degrees).  Its natal ascendant progresses (at rate of 1 degree/yr) to 1 degree Sco.    The Federal Reserve has a mutable cross of natal Mercury, Saturn crossing lunar nodes.  Transiting Saturn, Venus and Mercury (in mid-Sag.) last month activated that mutable cross.  Don’t worry if you are a layman astrologically or in terms of finance; I am just going over the main data right now.   A conceivable picture will gradually emerge.

At 8-1-2018 natal Sun of USA birthchart by solar progression arrives at 0 degrees Capricorn.  By February 2020 the natal Sun of the USA (charted from 1:30 pm of 4-30-1789 at NYC) will by solar progression arrive at 1.5 degrees Capricorn where the Federal Reserve’s natal Sun is at.  And that should be interesting! very interesting!

At pp. 44 & 49 of this link following are shown the USA conceptual chart & the USA birthchart:  https://books.google.com/books?id=hMRP0f-zVK0C&pg=PA46&lpg=PA46&dq=natal+chart+usa+clare+prophet&source=bl&ots=hxt0yG6-hO&sig=o5WD7LpVMYR5SKsaRag0Eb7FQ_Y&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiTwcv6o_XQAhUT9WMKHV7RCigQ6AEIMDAD#v=onepage&q=natal%20chart%20usa%20clare%20prophet&f=false

One notes in the Fed birthchart (at top of this webpage) the natal Neptune at 27 Cancer opposite the natal Jupiter at 23 Cap.  Likewise we see in the conceptual chart (of 7-4-1776) natal Mercury at 24 Cancer opposite natal Pluto at 27 Capricorn.  So this pair of oppositions is probably the main key astrologically in Federal Reserve chart as compared to USA astrology.  This pair of oppositions represents father/mother by zodiacal signs of Capricorn/Cancer.  Of course one could greatly wonder what Pluto as father and Mercury as mother in USA conceptual chart mean.  But looking further in this chart (at page 44 of above link) we see plainly that natal Neptune at 22 Virgo near midheaven is pretty much ruling/resolving that opposition, turning the strange Pluto-Mercury into a trio where Neptune (as higher consciousness)–being so near midheaven–prevails rather readily.  (Sorry, this paragraph had to be technical.)

As to the other opposition pair–Jupiter in Cap. opposite Neptune in Cancer–this is one of 4 oppositions in the Fed birthchart.  Another opposition in this chart is Mars at 19 Cancer opposite Jupiter at 23 Capricorn, where Mars is exalted in Cap. and Jupiter exalted in Cancer, so right there then is a great clue, a kind of supply and demand relation.  One could say that a dynamic people want a money supply that’s handy and fast, 1st house to 7th house and vice versa.  Therefore they get it–but there are complications elsewhere in the story as shown by the rest of the Fed birthchart.

And that will have to do for now.  Thanks for bearing up under this unbearable-to-the-layman jargon.                   -r, mt. shasta, ca
